I work with adults and adolescents as they learn to cope with issues including, but not limited to, body image and eating concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance abuse, self-esteem, and trauma. I am trained in BRAINSPOTTING and use Brainspotting, CBT, mindfulness, interpersonal and relational-based therapy techniques in my work with clients. Coaching and counseling services are individualized based on the unique client's needs and goals.
I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and believe in a health at every size (HAES) and intuitive approach to eating, body, and health. I find great joy in supporting clients as they find freedom through a healthier relationship with food and body, learning to trust and respect their bodies again.
I maintain a holistic approach to wellness and value the connection between one's emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
