Do you find parenting to be overwhelming, exhausting, or full of anxiety? Are you realizing your own history and experiences are showing up in your parenting and relationships in ways you didn’t expect or want? I’m here to help you grow confidence, heal your own wounds, and find calm so you can show up in your life as you want to be. I have a deep understanding of parenting children who are neurodivergent, adopted, or spent time in foster care. Your parenting experience is unique, and together, we can build lasting tools for connection, confidence, and resilience.
I specialize in supporting parents of neurodivergent children (PDA, Autism, ADHD, giftedness) or parents of kids with big feelings, behaviors, or trauma. I offer warm, compassionate therapy for parents who want to heal their own wounds and show up more fully for their child. I understand what it is like for your parenting experience to feel different.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to keep showing up for your kid, you’re not alone. Parenting can feel especially hard when your own upbringing doesn’t reflect what you want to give. If this sounds familiar, I’m here to help you find clarity, build connection, and create steady support for your journey.

I work with parents struggling with the experience, ongoing external stressors, and the challenges of raising a child with big emotions, behaviors, or neurodivergence in a neurotypical world. Together, we explore your story, strengthen regulation and connection, and shift old patterns. You'll begin to feel more steady, confident, and connected, in yourself and in your relationship with your child.

In our initial session I explore with you what brought you to therapy and then together we decide the most appropriate ways to move forward. All of my work is rooted in current research on the brain, attachment, and behavior. While thinking about your family, I give you space to explore your feelings and experiences, as well as tangible strategies you can use to alleviate stress and chaos.
