I have a deep understanding of parenting children who are neurodivergent, adopted, or spent time in foster care. Your parenting experience is unique, and together, we can build lasting tools for connection, confidence, and resilience.
I specialize in supporting parents of neurodivergent children (PDA, Autism, ADHD, giftedness) or parents of kids with big feelings, behaviors, or trauma. I offer warm, compassionate therapy for parents who want to heal their own wounds and show up more fully for their child. I understand what it is like for your parenting experience to feel different.

Circle of Security Parenting Class
I offer the Circle of Security Parenting™ (COS) skills class one-on-one virtually, in my office, and through schools. This class supports parents of young children, birth to six, in understanding and responding to their children’s emotional needs. We focus on attachment and emotional security as a means of nurturing happy, confident, and resilient kids.
