My ideal clients are adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, food and body image struggles, or the lasting effects of trauma. Many are looking for a space to slow down and feel heard without judgment, especially if past experiences felt too heavy to carry alone. My approach is warm, holistic, and trauma-informed — I prioritize safety and pacing, never pushing clients to revisit difficult moments before they're ready. Together, we attune to both mind and body, building sustainable tools clients can carry into everyday life.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, BlueCross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare and United. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
