I am a trauma-informed licensed mental health counselor working primarily with millennials and adults. I specialize in those struggling with eating disorders and body image, life transitions, and self-esteem. I take a Health At Every Size-oriented approach in my work, and one step at a time, we will work through recognizing non-adaptive behavioral patterns and develop tools and skills for gaining emotional tolerance and working towards body acceptance. In addition to treating eating disorders, I also work with clients going through life transitions and struggling with interpersonal relationships.

I use a combination of evidence-based theoretical orientations including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). I have experience and training with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and attachment issues.

As a therapist, I understand the vulnerability it takes to reach out for support. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental collaborative environment for self-exploration, gain clarity in your thinking, and exist as your most authentic self.
