Deciding to start therapy takes courage and vulnerability and as a counselor, I feel honored to bear witness to pain and hold hope for healing and growth. My approach to counseling is to provide a safe, judgment-free space for you to process and explore your emotions and thoughts. I use a strengths-based, collaborative approach to empower my clients as they process thoughts/emotions and navigate life. Every person is deserving of a full and balanced life and aim to provide my clients with the tools, skills, and help needed to achieve their goals.
I specialize in working with pre-teens/teens and adults struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, past/current trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. Whether you are working through big concerns or just want to space to process and grow, my approach is to focus on your specific needs.
