I serve clients living in Colorado and Illinois and specialize in helping couples and individuals in distressed relationships. While relationships can be immensely painful, confusing, and lonely, they can also soothe, comfort, and create powerful change when they're healthy and safe. I have 8+ years of training and experience in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) for individuals. If you're feeling disconnected, lost, stagnant, or overwhelmed in your life or relationships, it would be an honor to help you through to a better place.
EFT is considered the clinical gold standard of couple therapy. It gets straight to the heart of what keeps couples unsatisfied and disconnected. I help couples map out their relational turmoil and pain in terms of their negative cycle. Once enough safety is established, we have deepened emotional conversations to help the couple re-bond.
AEDP changes our relationship to ourselves and our emotions. We get clear on why you feel emotionally numb (dealing but not feeling) and/or emotionally flooded (feeling but reeling). We deliberately slow down and get in touch with your emotions, and get clarity on what blocks you from feeling them safely and fully.
