Sometimes life can bring us through difficult seasons. It is helpful when we know that we are not going through these times alone. I seek to provide a warm, nonjudgemental place for you to process your life experiences. As a counselor, I am committed to joining with you on a journey towards hope and healing.
I specialize in working with adult women who have had traumatic or difficult childhood experiences as well as those who grew up in abusive home environments. I can appreciate the courage and difficulty it takes to work through these experiences and would be honored to help you find a way to move forward and heal from the pain of childhood trauma and abuse.
If you are looking for a therapist, I would be happy to meet with you and discuss how I can assist you on your healing journey. If you are interested in specific types of therapy, I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and CBT. Please note: I do not specialize in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder.
