Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need support. I want to get to know you and see how I can help. I specialize in working with women who are trying to understand and cope with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, challenges with self-assertion, boundary-setting, childhood trauma, religious trauma, as well as other issues relating to their family of origin. I also enjoy helping anyone going through life transitions, such as moving, going to college, or transitioning to parenthood. Lastly, I have experience helping other therapists with personal growth and those interested in EMDR and IFS.
