I love working with people in all stages of life, and truly believe in the healing power of a strong, emotionally safe relationship between a client and therapist.
I focus strongly on connection-building. I always want to create a safe space where any person can feel validated, supported, and secure. Starting therapy can be a scary experience and I am here to help ease you into the process. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, processing trauma, food/ body struggles, and issues with substances.
