Hi! I’m a Certified Sex Therapist and a Nationally Certified Counselor. My goal is to help individuals and couples strengthen their relationships through communication, patience, tolerance, and self-care. I work with couples who are struggling with their sex life or communication, as well as individuals navigating sexual or gender identity concerns, sexual functioning issues, or sexually compulsive behaviors. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, I often incorporate meditation and mindfulness practices into therapy. I am also the owner of Cypress Wellness Center, where I strive to create a supportive space for growth and healing.

I have a masters and doctorate in Sociology and Gender Studies from the University of Florida. I have a second masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I completed my postgraduate studies at Florida Postgraduate Sex Therapy Training Institute and am a Certified Sex Therapist. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor.
