If you have found yourself searching for a therapist then you have past the first hurdle. I meet each individual where they are at, and work collaboratively with clients to reach their goals. My approach to counseling is rooted in Family Systems theory, evidence based and client-centered. I believe it is my role to support clients in discovering their true and authentic selves in a culturally sensitive, safe, and caring environment. I provide both brief and long-term therapy. My practice is LGBTQI friendly, poly-friendly, kink-friendly, and accepting of all faiths and spiritual orientations.
I have an extensive background working with children and families who are undergoing behavioral challenges, for 3 years I worked as an ABA therapist working with children on the Autism Spectrum. I have worked as a Child and Family Therapist since 2016 working with kids, teenagers and families.
I have worked in childcare, non-profit organizations and community mental health. I have extensive experience working with child sexual abuse and trauma, autism, parent management training and LGBTQ teens and children.
