My specialty is working with people who have anxiety or have gone through traumatic experiences. Anxiety often runs in families but it does not have to rule your life anymore. Traumatic experiences can happen to anyone, but you can stop them from negatively impacting your future.

I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR in my treatment with clients. I commonly use CBT when working through anxiety or depression and EMDR when working through anything connected to past or recent trauma. With CBT, we'll explore how your thoughts impact your emotions and how to challenge unhelpful thoughts. With EMDR we help you reprocess trauma to decrease it's daily impact.
