I am a licensed clinical psychologist who as a generalist works with a variety of presenting problems and enjoys working with different populations. I have extensive experience working with women, men, adolescents, and children with eating disorders and OCD. It is critical to individually tailor treatment to each client's needs. I utilize relational, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, values based therapies in my practice. I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I have a collaborative approach where therapist and client work as a team to better understand the problem and work towards healing and emotional health.
I have worked in all levels of eating disorder care (residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, colleges) to help those suffering from Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder. I also specialize in treating Anxiety Disorders(OCD, Social, Panic Disorder) and utilize Exposure with Response Prevention.
I welcome a diverse clientele and have specialized training with LGBTQ community and really enjoy working with this population. I enjoy working to empower my clients and look forward to working together to develop lasting change in both relationships and with the self. I also a trainer and supervisor of doctoral trainees.

Therapy group that has both a supportive, process, and educational element. Connect with others that understand the anxiety and angst that goes along with experiencing OCD. No matter your OCD theme you are welcome and understood. Welcomes individuals who are currently in or have been in therapy. Group is only for those struggling with OCD or phobias. Run by experts in treating OCD. There is a 12 week initial committment.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
This therapy group is for adults who are struggling with emotional regulation, managing strong emotions, impulse control issues, and challenges in relationships. This group is a structured group with modules that rotate every 12-weeks. Clients can enter at the beginning of each module. We are currently accepting clients who are currently in or have been in therapy recently and can make a 12-week commitment.
