I understand that mental health obstacles can be overwhelming, and I believe that with the right tools and support, anyone can learn to manage their symptoms and thrive. I work with adults, children, and families and customize that approach to fit your needs to support your growth and healing. Those I've helped include adults with life transitions, anxiety and depression, and traumatic experiences, as well as children and teens facing separation issues, friendship and social problems, self-harm, and low self-esteem.
I provide a safe space to discuss, explore, and address difficult issues and life events. My approach is strength based and has roots in Emotionally-Focused. Play therapy and Expressive Arts therapies are used with younger clients.
In my practice, I create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I believe that therapy is a partnership, and I work closely with each client to establish clear goals and measure progress along the way.
