I love working with everyone who wants to work! I bring my personality to the room to help everyone, but my favorite topics are couples, parents, men's issues, and those struggling with chronic pain/illness. I am a specially trained couples therapist and am the only Gottman Therapist outside of the Atlanta area. I don't think therapy has to be long term or expensive (research shows most people demonstrate significant improvement in 1-3 sessions) so feel free to come in for a single appointment without commitment!
My career path has had me treating individuals, couples, and families aged 3-70 with issues from anxiety, depression, and communication to PTSD, pain, and narcissism to most things in between! I have worked with religiously-affiliated non-profits, group homes, veterans, and more so I can help!
I'm currently only working with clients online and taking only self-pay. Online therapy offers many benefits and flexibility not available with in person therapy. I can literally meet you wherever you are and you don't even have to create an account! I offer predominately evening and weekend hours.
