Tell me your story. If you've ever felt like you had a "picture perfect" life, but yet feel unable to enjoy yourself, or unable to express yourself, I may be able to relate and understand. Safety and support are hugely important to me. I offer psychotherapy in a supportive, non-judgmental style. Words that have been used to describe my style and my setting: warm, personal, insightful, thought-provoking, relaxed. If you feel like you need a therapist who is easy to talk with, but can also help you strategically think through issues, I might be the right fit.
Some of my specialties include: career transitions, healthy work/life balance, family conflicts, burnout, building communication skills (either within relationships or individually), self-concept and self-esteem. I enjoy listening for each person's unique story. I use my familiarity with narrative therapy to bring out the story in each individual person.
I am currently offering telehealth sessions (Zoom or other platform) to any individual based in California. Please feel free to e-mail or call with any questions or to inquire about appointments. All consultations are free. I enjoy helping people find the right therapeutic fit for them, whether it is with my services or another colleague.
