Understand yourself better and more fully by telling your story. Safety and support are hugely important to me. I have a unique understanding for queer folks, especially in this trying time. My style has been described as: warm, personal, REAL, insightful, and thought-provoking. If you need a therapist who is easy to talk with, and helps you strategically think through issues, I might be the right fit. I tend to work with a lot of folks who make their living in the arts and creative fields. I love focusing on helping people heal, and take tangible action-oriented steps to improve their lives.
