Lunchtime Online Women's Support Group
Do you need a little extra support during the week, but family/work commitments make it hard to participate later in the evening? This group could be right for you. Our group is a support-based group where women can get together, set goals for improvement in their lives, learn new skills and leave with a renewed sense of self-confidence for the rest of the day. Group is half skills-based and half process-based, which means there is time to connect and talk, but also a structure to each gathering. Contact Katie to determine if this group is right for you!

Online Women's Support Group - California
**Taking group enrollees for January 2025***Contact if interested So many clients have talked to me about wanting opportunities to connect with other women, particularly since COVID-19, when people began to work from home, or lost abilities to go out and meet people in person. This group experience affords the ability to reduce isolation, focus on themselves (as opposed to caring for others), and learn about themselves in relation to others.
