About
Katie spends much of her time working with individuals and couples at various stages in their life; helping them explore relationship patterns, healthy boundaries, and experiences from their past that may be contributing to conflict. She believes that we all desire connections with others, but often life experiences complicate this.
Clients can expect a direct, yet respectful approach that allows them to safely explore their health and wellness without feeling the outside pressures or judgement. Together, she and the client create individualized goals that may be challenging, but are often necessary to make progress.
Katie believes that counseling is one of the healthiest activities a person can do for themselves, but understands that it can be one of the hardest to commit to. With self-exploration, psycho-education, and the right support, clients are able to enjoy a healthier life.
