My private practice, Present Wellness Counseling, focuses on bringing healing around the past and the future to live wholly and completely in your NOW. I use traditional talk therapy, EMDR, meditation and mindfulness practices, and creative expression to help you cultivate this sense of presence and ownership of your life.
I am also trained as an ecotherapist. An ecotherapy lens understands that people are a part of nature, and that our mental and physical well-being is often connected to our relationship with the earth. Evolving Embodiment
I have spent years supporting women in learning to embrace their bodies as they age. Additionally, I am a certified Body Positive Facilitator (https://www.thebodypositive.org). I am excited to bring together women interested in reimagining their relationships with their ever-changing bodies in the midst of an often critical world. This closed group will include 8 sessions over a 4 month period dedicated to helping women embrace transformation as they experience changes in their bodies- from postpartum to menopause and beyond.
