I help trauma survivors break free from old, damaging patterns and reconnect with a sense of safety and self-worth. My clients are often high-achievers and perfectionists who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and caught in the cycle of keeping everyone else happy. They’re highly sensitive to conflict and often struggle to feel secure or connected in their relationships. Many have attachment patterns shaped by trauma, leading to feelings of anxiety, disconnection, or even suffocation in relationships.
As a therapist and yoga teacher, I value working with the body and its innate wisdom and capacity to heal. Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots of your pain with compassion and curiosity, helping those inner parts of you that still feel unsafe to find peace and release old patterns.
