I believe therapy is a space to get curious, feel safe, and begin to reflect, repair, and grow. I work with children, young adults, and families, supporting them through the messy, meaningful work of growing up. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in the belief that healing honors both challenge and strength, pain and hope – the power of and. I have experience working with clients managing anxiety, depression, challenging behaviors, life changes, and big emotions.
I support clients in understanding feelings, making space for emotional expression, and rebuilding connection. I integrate play, art, music, movement, alongside evidence-based practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Trauma-Focused-CBT and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to support meaningful change.
Therapy doesn’t have to be boring—we can be silly, creative, and authentically ourselves. Sometimes I can even be joined by my therapy dog, Dolly, my doodle and co-regulator extraordinaire.
