I love supporting women who find themselves overwhelmed by life's demands or disconnected from what they once loved. My goal is to help people to slow down and reconnect with their values and inner wisdom to live a more fulfilling and intentional life. I have a decade of experience as a trauma therapist, helping people address painful traumatic pasts, resolve unhelpful core beliefs, and learn to regulate their emotions. I also love supporting women in their reproductive years who may be struggling with fertility issues or the adjustment to early motherhood and hold a perinatal mental health certificate.
Therapy provides an opportunity to reflect deeply. It may sound simple, but compassionately examining your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions can lead to profound changes. I use evidence-based therapy practices, meaning these strategies have been proven to reduce individuals' symptoms around post traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety.
If this sounds like what you're looking for, I hope to hear from you!
