While I draw from many therapeutic approaches, I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy. Evidence based, EMDR jump starts your brain's natural healing process without excessive talk and does not involve repeated re-experiencing of the trauma. Memories no longer hold an emotional charge and you develop a more positive outlook.
