Welcome to my profile! I am a bilingual counselor in GA with over 4 years of experience. I find deep fulfillment in working with clients to address trauma, anxiety, depression, or anyone just looking to improve self-esteem and relationships. As a Latina, I also enjoy working with challenges arising from the complexities of immigration, biculturalism, and family dynamics. I love to conduct therapy with genuine and gentle curiosity of my clients and their desired areas of improvement. Clients can expect me to provide a safe space where they can gain compassion and empathy for all parts of themselves.
I aim to help clients understand themselves better, both in terms of their challenges and symptoms, as well as their resilience and strengths. We, as a team, can explore your symptoms and their roots with the goal of informing and empowering you to make decisions more aligned with your ideal self.
I have a playful and humorous nature, but am not afraid to dive into the more icky parts of life and like to ensure my clients feel contained by the end of session for an easier transition back to their day-to-day.
