I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, career counseling, life transitions, & faith transitions/religious trauma. I draw from polyvagal theory, ACT, & trauma-informed care (CCTP). For some, the process unfolds best through an intuitive, moment-to-moment flow; for others, it helps to anchor the work in structure and tools.
