Brokenhearted. Misunderstood. Overwhelmed. Ashamed. Alone. There are times in our lives when these words describe the heaviness in our hearts. Whether it is the exhaustion of navigating difficult relationships, being consumed by painful memories, or carrying a burden inside that you are afraid to share or let go of, I believe that healing is ultimately found in genuine connection with God, yourself, and others. I would be honored to walk alongside you in this process. I use an eclectic mix of therapies, including IFS, trauma-informed, somatic techniques, CBT/DBT, and am currently working toward completion of EMDR Basic Training.
I also draw ideas from Art, Sandtray, & Play therapies. While my specialty is in providing services through a Christ-centered lens, clients of other backgrounds are also cherished and welcome. Together, we can create a treatment plan that works for you.
