Teen Toolbox: A Coping Skills Group For Teens
Help your teen build confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation. The Teen Toolbox Series is a 5-week, small-group program led by licensed therapist Katie Piura, LCSW, designed for teens ages 14–17. Through engaging and hands-on activities, teens learn practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, challenge negative thoughts, and strengthen relationships. This psychoeducational group empowers teens to handle life’s ups and downs with greater self-awareness and calm. Begins Thursday January 15, 2026 after-school at 4pm.
