You’re feeling overwhelmed. Your thoughts just feel out of control and disruptive to your life. Sometimes you feel defeated because everyday tasks are too much to handle. I have several areas of specialty: adults experiencing the fallout from growing up in a dysfunctional family, folks from the LGBTQIA community looking for a safe space, and individuals struggling with life changes such as pregnancy and perimenopause/menopause. I am comfortable with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I recently changed my last name from Fruhauff.
