I have worked with various mental health issues including mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma. I utilize a client centered, strengths-based approach in therapy but I am eclectic as I feel there is no "one size fits all" approach to working with unique individuals.
I have extensive experience in diverse types of settings and modalities including acute inpatient and outpatient community mental health, through individual, couples, family and group dynamics. I take a psychodynamic perspective which helps us to navigate the journey of how you came to be where and who you are today.
