Adjusting to life changes can be hard to do on your own. Whether it is work stress, relationship challenges, or finding your new normal after trauma, I am here to help. Working with trauma survivors and the families of survivors is a passion of mine. Stress and trauma can have a debilitating effect on a person's physical and mental well being, causing them to feel unable to cultivate the lifestyle they wish to achieve. I can help give you the tools needed to bring mental stability into your day to day life.
I got my undergraduate degree from Maryville College in Psychology and Criminal Justice. I hold a masters in clinical mental health with a concentration in trauma from Sam Houston State University. My therapeutic approach integrates person-centered therapy along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems techniques.
