About
I am passionate about helping others identify and build on strengths to live authentic, meaningful lives. I believe the therapeutic relationship is collaborative process in which you can safely explore and make sense of your inner most world. It is through this understanding that we begin to recognize and process patterns that no longer serve us and make small shifts towards rewriting our own stories.
I have extensive experience treating eating disorders and also work with general mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I primarily practice through the lens of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also utilize Family Based Therapy and Emotion Focused Family Therapy.
Therapy can be tough, often demanding courage and vulnerability. I hope to create a safe and compassionate environment for you or your loved one to process life's many challenges.
