About
Accepting New Clients of 06/29/2022. Reaching out for support takes a tremendous amount of courage, I am so happy you're here. Whether you are feeling constant anxiety or depression, overwhelm from school stress, navigating a life transition or breakup, or looking to heal your relationship with your body, I am here for you. I am a client-focused therapist who simply meets you "where you are." My goal is to create a welcoming, safe, and healing space to help you get back to feeling like your best self.
I find joy in working with teens, college students, and young adults alike. I am strengths-based and often utilize a cognitive behavioral and mindfulness centered approach. I lead first with empathy and compassion, and work individually with each client to create a therapeutic alliance to best achieve their unique goals.
I would be honored to walk this journey with you. We will work collaboratively through your experiences while strengthening self-compassion, insight, and healthy coping skills. If you feel I might be the right person for you, please do not hesitate to reach out.
