Drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I work collaboratively with you to explore the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts and emotions. At the same time, I integrate person-centered and relational techniques, ensuring that therapy feels like a conversation rather than a rigid structure.
I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all method. Each person is unique, and I tailor my interventions to fit your needs, personality, and goals. Most importantly, I see the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of our work together, creating a space of trust, understanding, and even moments of humor when the time is right.
I primarily work with individual adults and teens helping them navigate the complexities of life with warmth, insight, and practical tools. My experience also includes work with couples, using EFT and Gottman approaches. No matter where you are on your journey, we can work together to deepen self-awareness, foster resilience, and create meaningful change.
