I support folks who are navigating life transitions, experiencing grief and loss, struggling with depression, anxiety and the lingering impacts of trauma, and exploring aspects of identity such as gender, sexuality, spirituality and career. I also support folks in helping, teaching and healthcare roles who are navigating burnout, vicarious trauma and impostor syndrome.
My approach is client-centered, meaning I empower you to find your voice and deepen self-trust. I see you as the expert of your experience and myself as a sounding board and safe place to land. As a trauma-informed therapist, I value an integrative approach that balances top-down (cognitive) and bottom-up (body-based or somatic) practices.
It can be incredibly difficult to find purpose, make meaning and live a life that feels authentic. I want you to feel seen and heard, to feel unafraid of celebrating what makes you, you.
