I work with adults and teens. Clients come to me when they are looking to improve their overall sense of well-being -- body, mind and spirit. My treatment approach is non-traditional, and I work with people struggling to feel at home in their bodies and their lives. I help with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, infertility, Lyme Disease, pregnancy/postpartum issues, addictive behaviors, issues specific to Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), the effects of trauma, and people who just feel 'lost' and want to revamp their lives. If you've been told over and over that you are 'too sensitive' or 'too much', you are welcome here.
I utilize a truly integrative approach that harnesses the mind-body-energy system. I incorporate energy work into psychological treatment and emphasize HEALING over 'learning to cope' with symptoms and toxicity. This approach takes the therapy process to the next level when it feels like talking 'just isn't enough' to get you where you want to be.
People are so much more than just the sums of their parts, and I will respectfully work with all the layers and complexities that make you who you are. I believe that people are capable of healing when we have the right support, resources, and guidance. I'll be your partner and your guide on the path as you evolve towards the next best version of yourself.
