My work as a therapist centers on helping clients understand and get unstuck from the patterns that keep them feeling trapped, disconnected, or dissatisfied in relationships. I use an attachment-based and parts work approach to therapy — this looks like helping you connect with the different parts of yourself that carry pain or unmet needs. By bringing awareness and compassion to those inner dynamics, we can begin to reshape how you understand yourself and others.
My style is engaged and interactive. I believe therapy should feel like a mutual dialogue where you feel seen, supported, and guided with intention. If you’ve found traditional talk therapy unhelpful or lacking direction, this approach may offer the clarity and depth you’ve needed.
I’m particularly good at helping people navigate family conflict, no-contact or complicated relationships, conquer people-pleasing patterns, and explore questions of spirituality and identity.

Groups
Navigating Parental Divorce
A group for adults whose parents divorced later in life and who are navigating the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that follow. Gray divorce is on the rise — a term used to describe couples over 50 who divorce after long-term marriages. This means more adults are navigating a unique kind of grief that people don’t typically associate with divorce. This group is for adults who may be experiencing loyalty conflicts, feeling pulled into the role of emotional support, grieving the loss of the family structure they were accustomed to, or trying to make sense of new family dynamics.
