I offer traditional psychotherapy and brief coaching sessions for focused support. I also offer 3-4 hour intensives for those who want to go deeper in a more concentrated way. These intensives are designed to help process stored trauma, regulate the nervous system, and create meaningful shifts often faster than weekly sessions alone.
