About

Treating patients (adolescents, teens, and adults) suffering from symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, aggression, mood dysregulation, trauma, behavioral difficulties, and other mental health concerns. Treatment is provided to patients and their families who are seeking improvement in their daily functioning, including work, school, relationships, and family dynamics. Patients are the experts on themselves, and should be willing and able to actively participate in the therapeutic process, which may include the exploration and practice of alternative coping skills.
Treatment is offered in the form of Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Treatment is tailored to the patient's needs, solution focused, and is generally patient led.
It can be difficult for us, at times, to reach out and ask for help; and even more so, when our day-to-day lives become chaotic and stressful. As of lately, it is important, more than ever, to feel validated, supported, and comforted. Please do not hesitate to reach out, and benefit from the much needed self-care that many of use do not receive.
