Are you into sarcasm, dark humor, or swearing? I'm here for it. Are you reserved, nervous, sensitive, shy, or tearful? I'm here for you, too! I believe therapy isn't just about the bad or difficult things - but all of who you are. I want our sessions to be a space for you to share your story, laugh, process, build skills, cry, problem-solve, vent, or just talk about what's on your mind. Therapy is whatever you want and need it to be!
I see clients ages 12+ wanting help with trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, identity exploration, and more. I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients. For those seeking gender-affirming medical care, I'm happy to write letters of support to help you receive the care you deserve.
I know from personal experience what it can be like to struggle with mental health, navigate life stressors, and try to find your place in the world.
