Making the changes you want to see in your life begins with the relationship you have with yourself. Together, we will strengthen that relationship, helping you trust yourself with compassion and ease. My primary goal is to create a present and focused space where you will feel heard and understood. By incorporating your strengths, interests, and values I will uniquely tailor treatment for you drawing from a variety of styles as I get to know you.
We can get into big picture stuff, like how oppressive systems and socialization affects you, or more intimate explorations of your close and significant relationships and their role in shaping who you are. I tend to use playful, gentle humor, and adopt a person-centered approach; so come as you are.
I work from a culturally humble, trauma-informed lens to promote healing and wellness, and navigate your personal story. Also, I enjoy incorporating the neuroscience behind different patterns of behavior. Our work together will likely include holistic practices outside of the office, as I believe that feeling good embodies the mind, body, and spirit.
