As life takes unexpected turns through loss, new opportunity, or unanticipated routes, there are inevitably mental, physical, and social consequences. My approach to counseling is to engage clients in a values-based and goal-oriented fashion to help them navigate these transitions depending on their individual experiences and worldview. I offer clinical, career, relational, and grief counseling. I also specialize in stress-relief techniques utilizing heart rate variability software that can be completed in as little as 4 sessions.
The counseling relationship is different from any other in life. This is a relationship where you can be totally candid, unmasked, and real without concern for damaging the relationship. I want to work with you, the real you, to help you step toward your best self and life. Ultimately, you are the change. I am just here to help you find it.
