Life is both beautiful and difficult.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have built successful lives but feel overwhelmed by anxiety, emotional disconnection, or the pressure to keep everything together.
With empathy, genuineness, and humor, I work to understand why my clients feel the way they do. I consider myself a seasoned optimist; while I’ve had my own share of life experiences, I remain hopeful about people and their capacity to grow. One thing I know for sure: things can — and do — get better.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I don’t simply offer advice. Instead, I create a thoughtful, authentic space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Additionally, I am EMDR-trained and help clients process and resolve traumatic experiences and memories so they no longer feel stuck in the past.
I'm experienced in men's issues (including emotional availability), women's issues (including mental load), trauma, anxiety, depression, perimenopause/menopause, and couples'/relationship issues. Other recent areas of interest my clients have sought help with include mindset work, political/election stress, and family estrangement issues.
