Are you worried your child's worries are too much? Are you frustrated with their emotional outbursts? Having trouble getting them to school? Parenting is one of the most challenging jobs out there. I know; I’ve raised three myself. However, the difficulties you are facing CAN get better. I am here to help. Anxiety is common. Most of my clients battle anxiety, and coming to see me has helped. My office is a safe space where we can explore the negative feelings causing your problems, and I can help you and your child learn strategies to make life more manageable.
I work with children and teens, as well as adults providing age appropriate care. I gear sessions to help clients understand their feelings and provide tools to help them through uncomfortable ones.
Reaching out to talk to someone is a brave step, and I am here to listen. Email me and we can set up a free consultation in person or ZOOM to see if I'd be a good fit.
