Let's be honest, anxiety, panic, and trauma symptoms are a bitch. You may know exactly why you feel the way you do and still find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, expecting the worst, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to change. Trauma and chronic stress shape your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, body, and nervous system. Through EMDR therapy and nervous system-informed, somatic approaches, I'll help your system learn that the danger is over. I believe healing happens through self-compassion, not self-criticism. You don't need to be fixed. You deserve to be understood, not judged. That's where healing begins.
