Let me start off by saying, I am so glad you are here. I am delighted by the possibility of providing services to your child and family. Seeking support is a major step that takes courage and insight. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether your child is struggling with big behaviors and emotions or having a difficult time navigating major life changes, I am here to help. I work primarily with children, adolescents, and families to address concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment, self-esteem, neurodiversity, and emotional regulation.
I use a combination of play therapy, person centered therapy, and attachment theory to best serve the families I see. I am certified in Autplay therapy and have experience providing services to neurodivergent children and their families. I recognize the uniqueness each client brings to session and adapt to fit each client and family’s individual need.
My goal as a therapist is to provide you and your child with the tools needed to grow. I view myself as a companion for the ups and downs. My goal is never to rescue but to join with you and your child in the darkness and help instill light to guide you out. Coping Cat - Child Anxiety Group

This 9-week group will utilize the Coping Cat curriculum to help your child learn to recognize and understand emotional and physical reactions to anxiety; identify and clarify thoughts and feelings in anxious situations; and develop adaptive plans for coping. Through playful experiences the group helps to provide a sense of camaraderie and will help your child recognize they are not alone in this experience. Designed for children entering 2nd - 4th grade. Occurring weekly on Saturdays starting July 8th.
