My approach to psychotherapy is uniquely tailored to the needs of each individual, couple, or family system. My specialties include couples and sex therapy, working with individuals in STEM fields, trauma-focused therapy, and anxiety/panic disorders.
I love working with couple systems that are eager to improve their relationship, reignite intimacy, and create a long-lasting connection that transcends surface-level communication and taps into deep emotional attunement and mutual growth. I have extensive experience doing sex therapy, overcoming infidelity, communication issues, and relational tune-ups.
My specialty is working with couples, doing sex therapy, tackling anxiety and panic disorders, and working with individuals in STEM fields. While I frequently conduct traditional talk therapy, I also incorporate non-traditional methods such as therapy sessions during tennis/golf, walks in parks, and on-site exposure therapy for anxiety and panic disorders.
