I specialize in working with children (ages 3 and up), teens, and young adults who want support with anxiety, anger, big emotions and behaviors, self-compassion, and self-esteem.
I believe we all deserve support to help navigate the waves of life, and my greatest hope is to offer your young person a space where they can be their authentic self and feel seen. Through our work together, they will develop a stronger sense of self-confidence, more flexible and balanced thinking, and skills to handle big feelings in healthy ways.
