Hello My name is Katie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC) in the state of New Jersey with over 8 years of professional experience. I have helped a wide variety of clients in different settings with struggles like depression, anxiety, family conflict, homelessness, legal involvement, substance abuse and trauma. I use an eclectic approach to therapy; utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Solutions Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
