Note: accepting new clients in May! I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is the greatest agent of change in therapy. Through cultivated trust, I support clients to explore darkness in order to find what brings them light and joy. I offer an approach focused on the needs, wants, and hopes of the person or couple in the room, which means that my approach varies on a client by client basis.
I specialize in relationships, sexual health, and creativity. I also have experience with grief and loss, anxiety, family work, and spiritual exploration. I work with humans across the gender and sexuality spectrums, couples in monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, and artists/ makers who feel stuck or ready to enhance their creative processes.
My work focuses on helping people feel more connected to themselves, their loved ones, communities, and the natural world. Shoot me an email to learn more. Note: I do not currently accept clients under 22.
