I work with children, teens, and adults facing attachment wounds, complex family dynamics, adoption-related concerns, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and have experience in both private practice and community mental health settings. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I am EMDR-trained, which allows me to help clients safely process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences.
I am especially passionate about supporting adoptive families and individuals impacted by adoption. I understand the layers of loss, identity development, disrupted attachment, and parenting stress that can be part of that journey. I also support parents who want to strengthen connection, increase emotional regulation at home, and break generational cycles.
Whether I’m working with a child who feels overwhelmed, a teen exploring identity, or an adult carrying unresolved grief or pain, my goal is the same: to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can take place.
