About
I am passionate about treating the whole person. I have experience working in education, community mental health, homeless shelters, and psychiatric hospital programs. I focus on my clients' strengths and teach them skills to feel strong and independent. I pride myself in the ability to make my clients feel understood and motivated. My goal is to provide a supportive, safe place to help my clients find solutions to their problems. I often incorporate art, storytelling, music, and movement in my sessions to make therapy relaxing and comfortable.I believe in meeting my clients where they are and offering a non-judgmental attitude.
I specialize in working with women's issues, adults, and families. As a former School Social Worker and Mental Health Counselor, I often collaborate with community resources to better support my clients as needed. I offer individual and family therapy.
In working with you, I will help guide you towards feeling good and finding solutions. Please contact me to learn more about counseling options.
